O pr\u00f3ximo voto ser\u00e1 proferido pela ministra C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia.<\/p>\n<p>Se a ministra for favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 condena\u00e7\u00e3o do ex-presidente e seus aliados, o colegiado formar\u00e1 maioria de votos e placar de 3 a 1 para declarar os r\u00e9us culpados pelos crimes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada, tentativa de aboli\u00e7\u00e3o violenta do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito, golpe de Estado, dano qualificado pela viol\u00eancia e grave amea\u00e7a, e deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o de patrim\u00f4nio tombado.<\/p>\n<p>A exce\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o caso do ex-diretor da Ag\u00eancia Brasileira de Intelig\u00eancia (Abin) Alexandre Ramagem que, atualmente, \u00e9 deputado federal. Ele foi beneficiado com a suspens\u00e3o de parte das acusa\u00e7\u00f5es e responde somente aos tr\u00eas primeiros crimes. No entanto, o ministro votou pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o de Mauro Cid e do general Braga Netto pelo crime de aboli\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito. Para esses r\u00e9us, j\u00e1 h\u00e1 maioria para a condena\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O ministro Cristiano Zanin, presidente da Primeira Turma, ser\u00e1 o \u00faltimo a votar.
