Na ter\u00e7a-feira (9), uma mulher de 52 anos teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido pela 2\u00aa Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Liberdade<\/a>), em Salvador, ap\u00f3s ser investigada pelo crime de les\u00e3o corporal seguida de morte contra o ex-companheiro, Evandro Santos Gon\u00e7alves, de 57 anos.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o judicial foi expedida pela 3\u00aa Vara de Garantias do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia (TJBA).<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o caso aconteceu no dia 18 de agosto, no bairro Caixa D\u2019\u00c1gua, quando a suspeita jogou uma panela de \u00f3leo fervente sobre Evandro enquanto ele dormia. O homem foi socorrido e encaminhado para o Hospital Geral do Estado (HGE), mas n\u00e3o resistiu \u00e0s queimaduras. Ele faleceu uma semana depois.<\/p>\n

O mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi solicitado pela pol\u00edcia em raz\u00e3o da gravidade do crime, do risco de fuga da investigada e da necessidade de garantir a continuidade das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado, a mulher foi conduzida \u00e0 Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Interestadual (Polinter), onde passou pelos exames legais e permanece custodiada \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
