Na quinta-feira (11), uma mulher no munic\u00edpio de Lagedo do Tabocal foi presa em flagrante suspeita de matar um cachorro a pauladas. O caso aconteceu no Povoado Morro das Rosas, no Vale do Jiquiri\u00e7\u00e1. <\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Blog do Marcos Frahm, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, ao ser indagada sobre os fatos, a mulher confessou ter agredido o animal at\u00e9 a morte utilizando um peda\u00e7o de madeira, alegando que o animal estaria comendo suas galinhas.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, o crime \u00e9 tipificado na Lei n\u00ba 9.605\/98 (Lei de Crimes Ambientais), pela pr\u00e1tica de maus-tratos a animais.<\/p>\n

Ainda conforme o site, policiais foram acionados para verificar o crime por volta das 9h de quinta. As primeiras informa\u00e7\u00f5es diziam que a mulher estaria espancando o animal com um peda\u00e7o de madeira.<\/p>\n

Ao chegar ao local, os policiais confirmaram a veracidade dos fatos. O cachorro n\u00e3o resistiu \u00e0s agress\u00f5es e morreu ainda no local.<\/p>\n

A mulher foi apresentada na Delegacia Territorial da cidade, onde foi lavrado o flagrante. Ela permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
