O caso foi apurado pela 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial da cidade e envolve os crimes de les\u00e3o corporal de natureza grave com deformidade permanente, exerc\u00edcio ilegal da medicina e propaganda enganosa. Os procedimentos ocorreram entre setembro de 2024 e fevereiro de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o delegado Paulo Henrique, titular da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista, os procedimentos inclu\u00edam platismoplastia e lifting na regi\u00e3o submandibular e do pesco\u00e7o, realizados em cl\u00ednica sem estrutura hospitalar adequada. \u201cA Pol\u00edcia Civil concluiu hoje a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e indiciou a profissional por exerc\u00edcio ilegal da medicina, les\u00e3o corporal grave em quatro v\u00edtimas e crime contra o consumidor, por propaganda enganosa. Os procedimentos foram realizados sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o legal e causaram cicatrizes e danos permanentes. A profissional tamb\u00e9m foi autuada e fiscalizada pelo Conselho Regional de Odontologia, que aplicou suspens\u00e3o cautelar de 30 dias e recomendou abertura de processo disciplinar\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n<p>A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos nas redes sociais, com promessas de resultados irrevers\u00edveis e sem riscos, configurou propaganda enganosa, j\u00e1 que tais pr\u00e1ticas s\u00e3o expressamente proibidas a cirurgi\u00f5es-dentistas.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi baseada em an\u00e1lise de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica, relatos das v\u00edtimas e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Regional de Odontologia da Bahia (CRO-BA). As determina\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho foram incorporadas ao inqu\u00e9rito policial.
