A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, na manh\u00e3 de quinta-feira (11), um mandado de pris\u00e3o definitiva contra um homem de 58 anos, condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra sua enteada, que \u00e0 \u00e9poca do crime tinha 14 anos. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes da Delegacia Territorial (DT) de Valente.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es demonstraram que o r\u00e9u, padrasto da v\u00edtima, cometeu abusos reiterados por mais de sete anos, at\u00e9 que a m\u00e3e da adolescente denunciou o crime, em 2009, no munic\u00edpio de Gandu. O trabalho de intelig\u00eancia policial e a an\u00e1lise dos elementos de prova permitiram a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do agressor, que foi sentenciado pela Vara Criminal do J\u00fari, de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais e da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude da Comarca de Gandu, \u00e0 pena de 10 anos, 6 meses e 7 dias de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado, o homem foi encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia Territorial de Valente, onde passou por exames legais e permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a, para in\u00edcio do cumprimento da pena.<\/p>\n
