A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, na \u00faltima sexta-feira (12), um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria contra um homem, de 28 anos, expedido ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da 21\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de S\u00e3o Francisco do Conde. A captura foi realizada pelo Servi\u00e7o de Intelig\u00eancia da Delegacia de Santo Amaro, que localizou e prendeu o investigado.<\/p>\n

O suspeito preso \u00e9 apontado por participa\u00e7\u00e3o em a\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas que envolveram o furto e abate de gado na zona rural, al\u00e9m do uso de viol\u00eancia armada contra equipes policiais. As circunst\u00e2ncias que revelam alto grau de periculosidade e afronta direta \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica. Ele \u00e9 reincidente e j\u00e1 havia sido preso anteriormente, tendo ainda tr\u00eas mandados de pris\u00e3o cumpridos por crimes registrados na localidade de Santo Amaro.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o na unidade, o homem realizou os exames legais e est\u00e1 custodiado a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Pode Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
