A Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam) de Feira de Santana, cumpriu na segunda-feira (15), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem de 23 anos, acusado de amea\u00e7ar e descumprir medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia concedidas em favor de sua ex-companheira, de 29 anos.<\/p>\n

O suspeito, que j\u00e1 utilizava tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica em raz\u00e3o de outro descumprimento de medida protetiva, foi localizado no bairro Olhos D\u2019\u00c1gua pela equipe do Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade. A ordem judicial foi expedida pela 1\u00aa Vara de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar contra a Mulher da comarca.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s ser conduzido \u00e0 sede da Deam<\/a>, o investigado passou por exames legais e, em seguida, foi encaminhado ao Complexo de Delegacias de Sobradinho, onde permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
