Uma mulher de 41 anos foi autuada em flagrante, na quinta (2), pela Delegacia Especial de Atendimento ao Idoso (Deati), durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Virtude, a\u00e7\u00e3o nacional de combate \u00e0 viol\u00eancia contra a pessoa idosa. A suspeita \u00e9 gestora de um abrigo de idosos localizado no bairro de Cajazeiras, em Salvador.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s a equipe m\u00e9dica de um hospital p\u00fablico constatar ind\u00edcios de maus-tratos contra uma idosa de 91 anos, residente no abrigo. A v\u00edtima apresentava m\u00faltiplas les\u00f5es pelo corpo e foi levada \u00e0 unidade hospitalar pela pr\u00f3pria gestora do espa\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

A investigada foi conduzida \u00e0 unidade especializada, onde realizou os exames legais e permanece custodiada \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Virtude segue em andamento durante todo o m\u00eas de outubro, em alus\u00e3o ao anivers\u00e1rio do Estatuto do Idoso, promovendo a\u00e7\u00f5es de repress\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o em diversas regi\u00f5es do estado, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de unidades especializadas do DPMCV, Delegacias Territoriais e equipes itinerantes no interior.<\/p>\n
