A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia<\/a>, por meio da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Produtos Controlados (CFPC), deflagrou nesta quarta-feira (8) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Pharmaco, no munic\u00edpio de Ilh\u00e9us, com o objetivo de combater o com\u00e9rcio irregular de medicamentos controlados, vencidos e impr\u00f3prios para o consumo.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, realizada em conjunto com a Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica, a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Estadual, o Procon municipal e o Conselho Regional de Farm\u00e1cia (CRF), fiscalizou cinco estabelecimentos do setor farmac\u00eautico.<\/p>\n

Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, tr\u00eas farm\u00e1cias foram interditadas por comercializar produtos controlados sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e manter medicamentos vencidos em estoque. No total, 4798 mil produtos foram apreendidos, entre medicamentos e subst\u00e2ncias em desacordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m das medidas de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e apreens\u00e3o, as equipes tamb\u00e9m orientaram os respons\u00e1veis pelos estabelecimentos sobre os procedimentos necess\u00e1rios para regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil e aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia da conformidade sanit\u00e1ria e da seguran\u00e7a do consumidor.<\/p>\n
