Uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam) e da Delegacia Territorial (DT) de Euclides da Cunha resultou na pris\u00e3o de um homem de 46 anos, na manh\u00e3 de s\u00e1bado (18), por descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia, viola\u00e7\u00e3o domiciliar e dano.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o suspeito invadiu a resid\u00eancia de sua ex-companheira no bairro Caixa D\u2019\u00e1gua, ap\u00f3s quebrar o port\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel. A v\u00edtima j\u00e1 possu\u00eda medida protetiva vigente contra o agressor, deferida pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

O homem foi encaminhado ao Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT), onde passou pelos exames de praxe, e permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia.<\/p>\n
