Um homem, de 29 anos, foi preso em flagrante pelo crime de descumprimento de medida protetiva, praticado contra sua ex-companheira, no s\u00e1bado (18), no munic\u00edpio de Euclides da Cunha. O suspeito foi localizado no bairro de Nova Am\u00e9rica, naquele munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima compareceu \u00e0 Delegacia Territorial (DT) da cidade e relatou que foi abordada e derrubada pelo ex-companheiro enquanto trafegava em sua motocicleta. O investigado ainda subtraiu a bolsa da mulher, que continha seu celular. Ao realizar a a\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem descumpriu uma medida protetiva que estava em vigor.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o registro da ocorr\u00eancia, policiais civis da DT iniciaram dilig\u00eancias e localizaram o suspeito na resid\u00eancia de um irm\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m no bairro de Nova Am\u00e9rica. No local, o homem confessou o crime e indicou onde havia escondido os pertences da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi submetido a exames de corpo de delito e segue custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
