Tr\u00eas mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva foram cumpridos na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (20) contra dois homens e uma mulher investigados pelo crime de homic\u00eddio, na Delegacia Territorial (DT) de Livramento de Nossa Senhora. Eles s\u00e3o apontados como respons\u00e1veis pela morte de Luan Stefano da Silva Nunes, de 36 anos.<\/p>\n

O crime ocorreu no dia 12 de outubro deste ano, durante uma festa do tipo \u201cpared\u00e3o\u201d, no povoado de Matinha de Cima, zona rural do munic\u00edpio. Luan foi atingido por um golpe de faca ap\u00f3s um desentendimento com os suspeitos.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o registro do crime, equipes da DT de Livramento de Nossa Senhora realizaram diversas oitivas e dilig\u00eancias investigativas, conseguindo identificar os autores. Os mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva, solicitados pela unidade policial, foram deferidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio na sexta-feira (17).<\/p>\n

O trio se apresentou espontaneamente na delegacia. Eles foram ouvidos, submetidos a exames de corpo de delito e permanecem custodiados, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. Com as pris\u00f5es, o caso \u00e9 considerado elucidado.<\/p>\n
