A Pol\u00edcia Federal, com o apoio da Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU) e da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), deflagrou, nesta sexta-feira (31), a oitava fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Overclean, com o objetivo de desarticular uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa suspeita de envolvimento em fraudes licitat\u00f3rias, desvio de recursos p\u00fablicos, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n

Ao todo, foram cumpridos 5 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e o sequestro de valores obtidos de forma il\u00edcita, em Bras\u00edlia (DF), S\u00e3o Paulo (SP), Palmas (TO) e Gurupi (TO). As ordens foram expedidas pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal.<\/p>\n

Os investigados poder\u00e3o responder pelos crimes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o ativa e passiva, peculato, fraude em licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contratos administrativos, al\u00e9m de lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n
