Mais um prefeito do Uni\u00e3o Brasil declarou apoio \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o do governador Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues (PT). O an\u00fancio foi feito neste s\u00e1bado (1), durante a visita do governador a Ara\u00e7\u00e1s, no interior da Bahia.<\/p>\n

O prefeito Agamenon Coelho confirmou publicamente o apoio, afirmando que a parceria entre o governo municipal e o estadual \u201cest\u00e1 concretizada\u201d. Segundo ele, o momento foi \u201chist\u00f3rico para a cidade\u201d, mesmo diante de press\u00f5es pol\u00edticas contr\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

Apesar de filiado ao principal partido de oposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao governo estadual e ao governo Lula, Agamenon destacou que seguir\u00e1 \u201ctrabalhando para conduzir o governador \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o em 2026\u201d.<\/p>\n

Com a ades\u00e3o do atual prefeito, Jer\u00f4nimo passa a contar com o apoio dos dois principais grupos pol\u00edticos de Ara\u00e7\u00e1s. Ao elogiar a uni\u00e3o local, o governador afirmou que o exemplo de Ara\u00e7\u00e1s mostra como a pol\u00edtica pode ser guiada pelo compromisso com o bem comum e o desenvolvimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
