A ordem judicial foi expedida pela Vara de Jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o Plena da Comarca de Terra Nova.<\/p>\n<p>O parlamentar \u00e9 investigado por suspeita de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra uma menina de 12 anos. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes do Servi\u00e7o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (SI) da 3\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin), com sede em Santo Amaro.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o vereador foi conduzido para a sede da 3\u00aa Coorpin, onde passou pelos procedimentos legais.
