Servidores efetivos com cargos est\u00e3o em extin\u00e7\u00e3o, exclusivamente os ocupantes da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Agente Legislativo 1-s\u00edmbolo AL, da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Feira de Santana, ter\u00e3o seus vencimentos alterados. A Lei n\u00ba 4.350\/2025, que disp\u00f5e sobre esta modifica\u00e7\u00e3o, foi promulgada pelo presidente da Casa, vereador Marcos Lima (UB), na sess\u00e3o desta quarta-feira (5).<\/p>\n

A proposta n\u00e3o implica na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos cargos, mas visa corrigir a defasagem salarial existente, em raz\u00e3o da infla\u00e7\u00e3o e do aumento do custo de vida, garantindo a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do poder aquisitivo para assegurar condi\u00e7\u00f5es dignas de trabalho aos servidores concursados, em respeito aos princ\u00edpios constitucionais da dignidade da pessoa humana e da isonomia.<\/p>\n

O valor fixado na tabela de vencimentos destes cargos ser\u00e1 incorporado \u00e0 tabela remunerat\u00f3ria dos cargos efetivos da C\u00e2mara, produzindo efeitos financeiros a partir da data da publica\u00e7\u00e3o desta lei.<\/p>\n
