A Comarca de Feira de Santana passa a contar com a 2\u00aa Vara de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar contra a Mulher, visando refor\u00e7ar a rede de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia na cidade. O equipamento foi instalado na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (7), durante solenidade coordenada pela presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado da Bahia, desembargadora Cynthia Maria Pina Resende, com a presen\u00e7a do prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo de Carvalho.<\/p>\n

A 2\u00aa Vara de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar contra a Mulher passa a funcionar no mesmo pr\u00e9dio-sede das Varas de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica, na Rua Alo\u00edsio Resende, n\u00ba 388, bairro Queimadinha, local estrat\u00e9gico por ser pr\u00f3ximo ao F\u00f3rum Filinto Bastos.<\/p>\n

Durante a solenidade, a desembargadora Cynthia Resende agradeceu ao prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo pela parceria do Governo Municipal com a Justi\u00e7a, fortalecendo assim as a\u00e7\u00f5es em defesa das mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica.<\/p>\n

O prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo reafirmou o compromisso de parceria do Governo Municipal com as institui\u00e7\u00f5es e destacou que a Prefeitura tamb\u00e9m conta com o apoio da Justi\u00e7a da Bahia, que cedeu o antigo pr\u00e9dio onde funcionavam as Varas de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica para que fosse implantado no local um servi\u00e7o social voltado para o atendimento \u00e0s mulheres e mantido pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal de Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 a desembargadora Lisbete Maria C\u00e9sar Santos, do N\u00facleo de Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria, que j\u00e1 atuou em Feira de Santana, observou que a iniciativa resulta em inclus\u00e3o social, aproximando o Judici\u00e1rio da sociedade.<\/p>\n

Enquanto isso, o juiz Vagner Ribeiro Rodrigues, da 1\u00aa Vara de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar contra a Mulher, enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia do novo servi\u00e7o, ampliando a capacidade de atendimento ao p\u00fablico com a nova Vara.<\/p>\n
