Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 O ex-jogador Robson de Souza, o Robinho, foi transferido hoje da Penitenci\u00e1ria II Dr. Jos\u00e9 Augusto C\u00e9sar Salgado, conhecida como Trememb\u00e9, para o Centro de Ressocializa\u00e7\u00e3o de Limeira.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Secretaria da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria a transfer\u00eancia foi feita ap\u00f3s pedido da defesa do custodiado.<\/p>\n

Robinho est\u00e1 preso desde mar\u00e7o de 2024 e teve novo pedido de liberdade, por meio de recurso, negado em setembro deste ano.<\/p>\n

O atleta foi condenado pela justi\u00e7a italiana por participar de um estupro<\/a> em 2013, na cidade de Mil\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o da corte italiana foi aceita pelo judici\u00e1rio brasileiro, que negou o pedido inicial de extradi\u00e7\u00e3o mas deu cumprimento \u00e0 pena, de nove anos de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
