A audi\u00eancia de instru\u00e7\u00e3o e julgamento da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o El Patr\u00f3n, que seria realizada nesta sexta-feira (28) no F\u00f3rum Desembargador Filinto Bastos, em Feira de Santana, foi suspensa novamente.<\/p>\n

Assim como no adiamento anterior, a audi\u00eancia desta sexta n\u00e3o ocorreu porque uma das testemunhas de defesa, um deputado federal, n\u00e3o p\u00f4de comparecer na data prevista. Essa \u00e9 a segunda vez que essa testemunha se ausenta da audi\u00eancia. <\/a><\/p>\n

A audi\u00eancia foi remarcada para a pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira, dia 1\u00ba de dezembro de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As audi\u00eancias da El Patr\u00f3n foram inicialmente designadas para os dias 23, 24 e 25 de setembro, com oitiva de delegados da Pol\u00edcia Federal e da Pol\u00edcia Civil listados pela acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s os depoimentos das testemunhas do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, come\u00e7aram a ser ouvidas as testemunhas das defesas. Com o adiamento, a continuidade do processo est\u00e1 prevista para 1\u00ba de dezembro.<\/p>\n
