Um homem de 30 anos foi preso em cumprimento a mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva pelos crimes de amea\u00e7a e descumprimento de medida protetiva, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (3), em Ipir\u00e1. Ele \u00e9 investigado por reiterados descumprimentos das medidas e por outros delitos no \u00e2mbito da Lei Maria da Penha.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima \u00e9 ex-companheira do investigado e j\u00e1 havia sido agredida no dia 23 de abril deste ano. Ap\u00f3s o fato, o homem descumpriu medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia e voltou a amea\u00e7\u00e1-la tr\u00eas vezes, nos meses de maio, julho e setembro.<\/p>\n

Policiais da Delegacia Territorial (DT) de Ipir\u00e1 localizaram o suspeito no bairro Vila Jesus, naquele munic\u00edpio. Ele foi submetido a exame de corpo de delito e permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
