Um idoso de 81 anos foi resgatado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, nesta quinta-feira (4), em um s\u00edtio localizado no munic\u00edpio de Sim\u00f5es Filho, ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontarem que ele vivia em condi\u00e7\u00f5es degradantes e tinha o benef\u00edcio previdenci\u00e1rio retido pelo respons\u00e1vel pelo im\u00f3vel. As equipes constataram que a v\u00edtima trabalhava no local como caseiro e enfrentava situa\u00e7\u00e3o de extremo abandono, com viola\u00e7\u00f5es que comprometiam sua sa\u00fade, seguran\u00e7a e dignidade.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o resgate, o idoso foi encaminhado para atendimento<\/a> especializado, recebendo acolhimento e suporte inicial das Secretarias Municipais de Assist\u00eancia Social e Sa\u00fade. A apura\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida pela Delegacia Especial de Atendimento ao Idoso (DEATI), com apoio do Departamento de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Mulher, Cidadania e Pessoas Vulner\u00e1veis (DPMCV).<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o integra a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Legado Vivo, iniciativa que refor\u00e7a a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil no enfrentamento a crimes contra pessoas idosas e na responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos. As dilig\u00eancias prosseguem para apurar todos os elementos do caso e definir o enquadramento criminal dos respons\u00e1veis, que podem responder por abandono de vulner\u00e1vel, redu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o an\u00e1loga \u00e0 de escravo, apropria\u00e7\u00e3o de proventos e outros delitos previstos em lei.<\/p>\n
