Dois homens, de 77 e 25 anos de idade, foram autuados em flagrante por manter em cativeiro, de forma ilegal, aves silvestres. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi executada na quarta-feira (3) por policiais civis da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Planalto), no Sudoeste baiano, e apreendeu 16 p\u00e1ssaros.<\/p>\n

As dilig\u00eancias ocorreram no povoado de Duas Vendas, na zona rural do munic\u00edpio, ap\u00f3s o recebimento de den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas sobre a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o irregular da fauna. Os policiais verificaram a veracidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es em dois im\u00f3veis distintos.<\/p>\n

Durante as incurs\u00f5es nas resid\u00eancias, a equipe localizou diversas gaiolas onde os esp\u00e9cimes eram mantidos aprisionados. Entre as esp\u00e9cies resgatadas estavam can\u00e1rios, caboclo-lino, azul\u00e3o, coleiras, estev\u00e3o, bigode e papa-capim.<\/p>\n

Termos Circunstanciados de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) foram lavrados e os investigados v\u00e3o responder em liberdade, conforme previsto na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental\u00a0<\/p>\n

Todo o material recolhido foi encaminhado ao Centro de Triagem de Animais Silvestres (Cetas) de Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista, onde os animais receber\u00e3o os cuidados visando a reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
