Animais silvestres mantidos irregularmente em cativeiro foram apreendidos durante duas a\u00e7\u00f5es de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria de Meio Ambiente de Guanambi.<\/p>\n

As a\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas na \u00faltima quarta-feira (3) resultaram no resgate de 1 cardeal, 1 cristinha, 1 coleiro e 1 mariana. De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do site Achei Sudoeste, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, os animais estavam em uma casa.<\/p>\n

Em outra resid\u00eancia, tamb\u00e9m foram aprrendidos 2 cardeais, 1 coleiro, 1 sabi\u00e1-do-papo-amarelo, e 1 jabuti. Sete gaiolas utilizadas no cativeiro ilegal tamb\u00e9m foram recolhidas.<\/p>\n

Os respons\u00e1veis receberam orienta\u00e7\u00f5es detalhadas sobre a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e foram alertados quanto \u00e0s penalidades previstas para esse tipo de pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Lei n\u00ba 9.605\/1998 (Lei de Crimes Ambientais), capturar, manter, transportar ou comercializar animais silvestres sem licen\u00e7a configura infra\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa e crime ambiental, pass\u00edvel de multa e deten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os animais apreendidos foram encaminhados para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e ser\u00e3o direcionados \u00e0 imediata reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o ao habitat natural.<\/p>\n
