O N\u00facleo Especializado de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam) de Lu\u00eds Eduardo Magalh\u00e3es apreendeu tr\u00eas armas de fogo em posse de um homem, nesta sexta-feira (5), no Oeste baiano. O investigado utilizava o armamento para intimidar a ex-companheira, da qual deveria manter dist\u00e2ncia por for\u00e7a de determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o decorreu de um inqu\u00e9rito instaurado para apurar crimes de amea\u00e7a e viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que o suspeito, inconformado com o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento de oito meses, abordou a v\u00edtima em via p\u00fablica empunhando um rev\u00f3lver calibre .357. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o autor proferiu ofensas e intimida\u00e7\u00f5es contra a mulher.<\/p>\n

Durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, a Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a> identificou que o indiv\u00edduo possu\u00eda registro de Ca\u00e7ador, Atirador e Colecionador (CAC). Diante da gravidade dos fatos, foi solicitada a busca domiciliar, cumprida em endere\u00e7os localizados nos bairros Jardim Para\u00edso e Jardim Sol Nascente. Nos locais, os policiais localizaram o rev\u00f3lver utilizado no crime, al\u00e9m de duas armas longas.<\/p>\n

Todo o material foi recolhido e apresentado na unidade policial. A medida visa garantir a integridade f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica da v\u00edtima e impedir a continuidade dos delitos. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi coordenada pelo Neam de Lu\u00eds Eduardo Magalh\u00e3es e contou com o apoio de equipes do 27\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/p>\n
