A Pol\u00edcia Militar da Bahia realizou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (9), a solenidade de formatura de 80 oficiais-alunos do Curso de Aperfei\u00e7oamento de Oficias (CAO) 2025. O evento aconteceu no Centro de Cultura Crist\u00e3 da Bahia (CECBA), no Costa Azul.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de ser um pr\u00e9-requisito para os capit\u00e3es alcan\u00e7arem o oficialato superior, o curso tem como objetivo qualificar os integrantes para o exerc\u00edcio de fun\u00e7\u00f5es de dire\u00e7\u00e3o e assessoramento. Os 80 alunos \u2014 71 homens e nove mulheres \u2014 cumpriram a carga de 440 horas-aulas, de 31 de mar\u00e7o a 29 de novembro.<\/p>\n

O capit\u00e3o Elton, na corpora\u00e7\u00e3o desde 2008, foi o primeiro colocado da turma e falou sobre a import\u00e2ncia no aprimoramento profissional: \u201c\u00e9 nosso compromisso com a sociedade e com os investimentos empreendidos pela nossa corpora\u00e7\u00e3o em nossa carreira, e temos que honr\u00e1-lo com a constante busca por aperfei\u00e7oamento\u201d.<\/p>\n

A cerim\u00f4nia foi encerrada com uma mensagem do coronel Magalh\u00e3es, comandante-geral, parabenizando os formandos e destacando a import\u00e2ncia da qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional para a atividade policial: \u201csem aprimoramento cont\u00ednuo, n\u00e3o avan\u00e7amos na dire\u00e7\u00e3o da excel\u00eancia que buscamos. O CAO cumpre um papel estrat\u00e9gico, aprofunda conhecimentos, fortalece compet\u00eancias e prepara nossos oficiais intermedi\u00e1rios para as responsabilidades dos postos de major e tenente-coronel\u201d.<\/p>\n
