Investigado pela pr\u00e1tica de les\u00e3o corporal no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, um homem de 55 anos foi preso em flagrante, nesta sexta-feira (12), em Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o<\/a>, por posse ilegal de arma de fogo. A captura ocorreu durante o cumprimento de um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o executado por equipes da Delegacia Territorial local.<\/p>\n

A ordem judicial foi solicitada com base em apura\u00e7\u00f5es que indicavam agress\u00f5es contra a ex-companheira do alvo, com o objetivo de retirar de circula\u00e7\u00e3o instrumentos que pudessem oferecer risco \u00e0 integridade da v\u00edtima. Durante as dilig\u00eancias no im\u00f3vel, os agentes localizaram um rev\u00f3lver calibre 38 e seis muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas. Em raz\u00e3o do material encontrado, o indiv\u00edduo foi autuado em flagrante.<\/p>\n

O custodiado foi submetido aos procedimentos legais de praxe e segue \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem para a conclus\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito policial. A a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de servidores do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam) e da Delegacia Territorial da cidade.<\/p>\n
