Um homem condenado por homic\u00eddio e que cumpria pena em regime aberto foi preso em flagrante por porte ilegal de arma de fogo na tarde desta sexta-feira (26), no Conjunto George Am\u00e9rico<\/a>, em Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, a pris\u00e3o foi realizada por uma guarni\u00e7\u00e3o da Ceeto II, do 25\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o, durante rondas de rotina na regi\u00e3o. Ao trafegar pela Rua Avia\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais identificaram um homem em atitude suspeita e procederam com a abordagem.<\/p>\n

Durante a busca pessoal, os militares encontraram na cintura do homem um rev\u00f3lver calibre .38, da marca Taurus, com a numera\u00e7\u00e3o suprimida. Ainda conforme a PM, o suspeito havia deixado o sistema prisional h\u00e1 pouco mais de um m\u00eas, ap\u00f3s condena\u00e7\u00e3o pelo crime de homic\u00eddio, e estava em cumprimento de pena em regime aberto.<\/p>\n

Diante do flagrante, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 Central de Flagrantes, onde foram adotadas as medidas cab\u00edveis. A arma apreendida tamb\u00e9m foi apresentada \u00e0 autoridade policial.<\/p>\n
