Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) informou ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que n\u00e3o localizou o presidente do Instituto Voto Legal (IVL), Carlos Cesar Moretzsohn Rocha<\/strong>, para cumprir um mandado de pris\u00e3o domiciliar.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Condenado a 7 anos e seis meses de pris\u00e3o pela trama golpista ocorrida durante o governo do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro,\u00a0Carlos foi um dos dez alvos de mandados de pris\u00e3o domiciliar\u00a0<\/strong>expedidos neste s\u00e1bado (27) pelo ministro.\u00a0<\/p>\n

De acordo com a PF, os agentes foram ao pr\u00e9dio residencial do presidente do instituto, em S\u00e3o Paulo, e descobriram que ele n\u00e3o mora mais no local. Ao entrarem em contato com os advogados, os policiais foram informados de que o presidente se recusou a fornecer o novo endere\u00e7o \u00e0 defesa.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Carlos foi contratado pelo PL para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estudos para basear a a\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o partido contestou no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) o resultado do primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022. Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, foi usada desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o para sugerir fraudes na vota\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica. Ele recorre da condena\u00e7\u00e3o em liberdade.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A partir de agora,\u00a0caber\u00e1 a Moraes decidir qual medida ser\u00e1 tomada<\/strong>. O ministro poder\u00e1 determinar a pris\u00e3o preventiva do presidente do IVL.\u00a0<\/p>\n
