Um idoso de 74 anos, que foi condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, foi preso no munic\u00edpio de Riach\u00e3o do Jacu\u00edpe, a cerca de 79 km de Feira de Santana. A pris\u00e3o aconteceu na segunda-feira (29).<\/p>\n

O idoso estava foragido da Justi\u00e7a ap\u00f3s fugir enquanto cumpria pena em regime aberto por outro crime de estupro. A Pol\u00edcia Civil realizou a pris\u00e3o ap\u00f3s receber informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que homem estaria na cidade para as festas de fim de ano.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do portal g1, os crimes de estupro aconteceram em 2008, quando o suspeito era propriet\u00e1rio de uma padaria e utilizava o estabelecimento para atrair e abusar de crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Segundo a pol\u00edcia, o homem j\u00e1 havia sido preso por outro crime de estupro que tamb\u00e9m ocorreu em 2008. No entanto, o idoso fugiu enquanto cumpria pena em regime aberto, bem como descumprir medidas judiciais.<\/p>\n

A Vara Criminal da Comarca de Riach\u00e3o do Jacu\u00edpe emitiu o mandado de pris\u00e3o da segunda condena\u00e7\u00e3o por outro crime de estupro na segunda-feira.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o homem foi encaminhado para a sede da 15\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin) e passou por exames de les\u00f5es corporais. O idoso permanece em cust\u00f3dia e \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a, e dever\u00e1 iniciar o cumprimento da pena de sete anos de pris\u00e3o em regime fechado.<\/p>\n
