A Secretaria Municipal de Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos (Sesp) est\u00e1 notificando 25 pessoas ou empresas por n\u00e3o retirarem materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e entulhos das vias p\u00fablicas, pelo descarte irregular de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos e pela n\u00e3o constru\u00e7\u00e3o de muro e passeio em terrenos baldios.<\/p>\n

Os notificados, conforme o secret\u00e1rio de Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos, Justiniano Fran\u00e7a, t\u00eam prazo de 10 dias para apresentar defesa e sanar as irregularidades, sob pena de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de penalidades.
