Um idoso de 67 anos teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido pela Delegacia Territorial de Jacobina, com apoio do N\u00facleo Especializado de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher e do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (GATTI\/Piemonte), na quarta-feira (14), no distrito do Junco, naquele munic\u00edpio. A ordem judicial foi expedida pela Vara Criminal de Jacobina.<\/p>\n

O investigado, que j\u00e1 possu\u00eda uma Medida Protetiva de Urg\u00eancia, \u00e9 suspeito de estuprar a enteada, pessoa com defici\u00eancia. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os abusos vinham ocorrendo h\u00e1 alguns anos na resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima, em um povoado, em momentos em que ela permanecia sozinha com o suspeito, que se aproveitava da aus\u00eancia da m\u00e3e para cometer o crime.<\/p>\n

Durante o cumprimento do mandado no im\u00f3vel do conduzido, os policiais localizaram ainda uma motocicleta com sinais identificadores adulterados, proveniente de leil\u00e3o, mas que n\u00e3o possu\u00eda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria. O suspeito e o ve\u00edculo foram apresentados na unidade policial para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas legais cab\u00edveis e permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
