O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado da Bahia, em atua\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Federal, Secretaria Estadual de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e Pol\u00edcia Militar da Bahia deflagraram a \u2018Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Apito Final\u2019 e cumpriram, na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira, dia 27, oito mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra integrantes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa nos munic\u00edpios de Eun\u00e1polis, Ubaitaba e Porto Seguro, nos distritos de Arraial D\u2019Ajuda <\/a>e Trancoso, extremo sul da Bahia.<\/p>\n

Foram apreendidos documentos e dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos considerados fundamentais para o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e completa elucida\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos, al\u00e9m da responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate \u00e0s Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas (Gaeco), trata-se de um grupo com divis\u00e3o de tarefas voltadas, sobretudo, para o tr\u00e1fico de drogas, incluindo a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades il\u00edcitas, movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos financeiros, log\u00edstica operacional e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de meios destinados a dificultar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos, como comunica\u00e7\u00f5es clandestinas e o uso de terceiros<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram identificados ind\u00edcios de coopta\u00e7\u00e3o de agentes p\u00fablicos, com poss\u00edvel fornecimento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es privilegiadas, al\u00e9m de interfer\u00eancias indevidas em estruturas institucionais para favorecer os interesses do grupo criminoso.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em curso e novas dilig\u00eancias poder\u00e3o ser realizadas conforme o avan\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
