O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA) cassou o mandato de um vereador de\u00a0Prado, no Extremo Sul do estado, por fraude \u00e0 cota de g\u00eanero nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais de 2024.<\/p>\n

Tomada por unanimidade durante sess\u00e3o na tarde desta quinta-feira (29), a decis\u00e3o atinge o vereador Fabiano Santos Rodrigues, o Doutor Fabiano (Uni\u00e3o).\u00a0Com a medida, o\u00a0tribunal deu provimento ao recurso eleitoral e reformou a senten\u00e7a de primeira inst\u00e2ncia, que havia julgado a a\u00e7\u00e3o improcedente. O vereador foi o \u00fanico eleito pelo partido para as 13 vagas na C\u00e2mara Municipal de Prado.<\/p>\n

Na nova decis\u00e3o, o TRE-BA reconheceu a ocorr\u00eancia de irregularidades no cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral que estabelece a cota m\u00ednima de candidaturas femininas [30%]. Durante o julgamento, os desembargadores conclu\u00edram que houve a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de candidaturas fict\u00edcias.<\/p>\n

Entre os pontos\u00a0considerados pelo colegiado figuraram vota\u00e7\u00e3o irris\u00f3ria das candidatas, aus\u00eancia de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o financeira nas campanhas e constata\u00e7\u00e3o de desvio de finalidade. Os magistrados seguiram o voto do relator do processo, desembargador Danilo Costa Luiz.<\/p>\n
