A solenidade contou com a presen\u00e7a do prefeito Z\u00e9 Coc\u00e1 e do senador Jaques Wagner. Na mesma ocasi\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m foi autorizada a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do centro comunit\u00e1rio esportivo \u2013 Arena Brasil, no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o governador Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues, os investimentos integram a\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas para o desenvolvimento social da regi\u00e3o. \u201cS\u00e3o duas ordens de servi\u00e7o: uma para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia e outra para um complexo esportivo. Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e esporte juntos para ampliar oportunidades, fortalecer a cidadania e construir um futuro melhor para Jequi\u00e9 e para o sul da Bahia\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do campus da UFSB em Jequi\u00e9 amplia o acesso ao ensino superior p\u00fablico, fortalece a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens do interior e contribui para o desenvolvimento socioeducacional do M\u00e9dio Rio de Contas. Est\u00e3o previstos seis cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Jequi\u00e9, al\u00e9m de polo de sa\u00fade, fortalece-se como polo educacional, somando a UNEB, a UESB e agora a Universidade Federal, ampliando oportunidades para toda a regi\u00e3o\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n<p>O novo campus contar\u00e1 com 39 salas de aula, 16 salas multiuso, 24 gabinetes para docentes, dois laborat\u00f3rios de inform\u00e1tica, tr\u00eas salas de estudo, cinco salas administrativas e tr\u00eas salas de tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o. A estrutura inclui ainda audit\u00f3rio, biblioteca, enfermaria, salas de psicologia e assist\u00eancia social, cantina, copa, \u00e1rea de descanso e almoxarifado. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que a obra seja conclu\u00edda em 2028.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-esporte-e-lazer\"><strong>Esporte e lazer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m foi assinada a ordem de servi\u00e7o para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Arena Brasil, por meio do Minist\u00e9rio do Esporte. O equipamento ser\u00e1 implantado no bairro Jequiezinho, com o objetivo de incentivar a pr\u00e1tica esportiva, o lazer e a conviv\u00eancia comunit\u00e1ria. O espa\u00e7o contar\u00e1 com campo de futebol society, quadra de basquete, pista de caminhada, parquinho infantil e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o moderna. Al\u00e9m da universidade, a Arena Esportiva avan\u00e7a e segue estruturando Jequi\u00e9, com investimentos que fortalecem a cidade e ampliam oportunidades para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou o prefeito Z\u00e9 Coc\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-saude-e-mobilidade\"><strong>Sa\u00fade e mobilidade<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>O Novo PAC tamb\u00e9m contempla outras interven\u00e7\u00f5es em Jequi\u00e9, como a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Unidade B\u00e1sica de Sa\u00fade (UBS) tipo II, no bairro Sol Nascente, com investimento estimado em R$ 2,2 milh\u00f5es. A unidade contar\u00e1 com recep\u00e7\u00e3o, espa\u00e7o l\u00fadico, salas de espera, curativos, vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, medica\u00e7\u00e3o, pr\u00e1ticas coletivas, acolhimento, banheiros masculino, feminino e infantil, frald\u00e1rio, farm\u00e1cia, consult\u00f3rios m\u00e9dicos e odontol\u00f3gicos, escov\u00f3dromo, sala de gest\u00e3o e sala de
