O agricultor e ex-verador de Monte Santo, Edjalma Alves Ferreira, de 76 anos, conhecido como \u201cBidoga\u201d, foi encontrado morto na sexta-feira (30), no povoado Lagoa de Cima, em Monte Santo. <\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do portal g1, a Pol\u00edcia Militar informou que foi acionada para verificar um disparo e encontrou o corpo do ex-vereador, com marcas de tiros, dentro do quarto da casa, na Rua da Palha. <\/p>\n

Um irm\u00e3o da v\u00edtima disse que ouviu disparos por volta das 2h. Pela manh\u00e3, ao ir at\u00e9 o im\u00f3vel, viu picha\u00e7\u00f5es, tanto nas paredes internas quanto nas paredes externas, com mensagens de apologia a uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. Ao entrar na resid\u00eancia, encontrou Edjalma sem vida. <\/p>\n

O irm\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m afirmou que o ex-vereador n\u00e3o tinha envolvimento com crimes, e que era conhecido na comunidade pela atua\u00e7\u00e3o como agricultor e pela trajet\u00f3ria pol\u00edtica. <\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Militar isolou a \u00e1rea e acionou o Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT), para realizar a per\u00edcia e remo\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo. A Pol\u00edcia Civil ir\u00e1 investigar o caso, para apurar a autoria e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime. <\/p>\n

Edjalma Alves Ferreira foi eleito vereador na d\u00e9cada de 1990. Apesar de ter disputado vagas na C\u00e2mara novamente em 2012, 2016 e 2020, o homem n\u00e3o se elegeu e ficou como suplente. <\/p>\n
