Segundo ele, as atividades come\u00e7am \u00e0s 6h, nos dias de ter\u00e7a e quinta-feira. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m atendem os participantes no n\u00facleo, que fica no Instituto Gasparini, no bairro Cidade Nova.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA gente atende a comunidade, preferencialmente idosa. Temos hoje, 120 pessoas que participam do nosso projeto (na Lagoa Grande), e 50 no n\u00facleo na Cidade Nova. O p\u00fablico \u00e9 aberto, mas o projeto hoje \u00e9 contemplado com maior parte de idosos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o professor, para participar do Esporte por Toda Parte \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio \u201cchegar e sorrir\u201d. O projeto conta com tr\u00eas professores e oferece gin\u00e1stica, karat\u00ea e defesa pessoal, handebol e baleado.<\/p>\n<div id=\"gallery_6984f6dfdbe1a\" class=\"seox-gallery-block idade.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA import\u00e2ncia da atividade f\u00edsica vem desde a inf\u00e2ncia, da adolesc\u00eancia e principalmente quando a gente chega a partir dos 40, a necessidade da gente ter m\u00fasculos ativos, principalmente membros inferiores, se faz de fundamental necessidade, para que a gente possa ter uma vida ativa e mais independente\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-os-participantes-acham-do-projeto\"><strong>O que os participantes acham do projeto?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Simone Moderno, moradora do Parque Get\u00falio Vargas, frequenta o projeto todas as ter\u00e7as e quintas, mas afirma que gostaria que tivessem mais dias de atividade. \u201cQuer\u00edamos mais dias, mas n\u00e3o temos. \u00c9 uma alegria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Maridalva, outra frequentadora ass\u00eddua, disse que gosta de todas as modalidades, especialmente o karat\u00ea e a gin\u00e1stica. Assim como Alice de Jesus, de 65 anos, moradora do bairro Concei\u00e7\u00e3o II.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmo fazer minha atividade f\u00edsica. Me sinto muito bem, n\u00e3o sinto nada, n\u00e3o tomo nenhum tipo de rem\u00e9dio\u201d, destacou Alice, refor\u00e7ando como praticar exerc\u00edcios \u00e9 positivo para a
