Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 O Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate ao Crime Organizado do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (Gaeco) obteve, junto \u00e0 Auditoria da Justi\u00e7a Militar do Estado, a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva de um capit\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar, investigado por envolvimento em negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com integrantes de uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. O oficial foi preso na tarde de sexta-feira (6), no 20\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar, Mesquita, na Baixada Fluminense, no Rio de Janeiro, pela Corregedoria da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o judicial considerou a exist\u00eancia de ind\u00edcios apresentados pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de que, mesmo ap\u00f3s ter sido beneficiado anteriormente com habeas corpus e se submetido a medidas cautelares diversas da pris\u00e3o, o capit\u00e3o da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o teria mantido contato e negociado com traficantes de alta periculosidade, o que configuraria risco \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica, \u00e0 hierarquia e \u00e0 disciplina militar, al\u00e9m de preju\u00edzo \u00e0 instru\u00e7\u00e3o criminal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da pris\u00e3o preventiva, o MPRJ requereu medidas de busca e apreens\u00e3o e o afastamento do sigilo de dados telef\u00f4nicos e telem\u00e1ticos, com o objetivo de aprofundar a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos e resguardar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de provas, o que foi aceito pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
