Equipes policiais da Delegacia Territorial de Santo Amaro cumpriram, nesta segunda-feira (9), um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar, no curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que apuram a morte do vereador Gleiber da Mota Fernandes e de seu assessor, Diego Castro Reis, ocorrida em novembro do ano passado. Um homem, de 20 anos, foi preso em flagrante pelos crimes de posse irregular de arma de fogo e contrabando.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O investigado vinha sendo reiteradamente citado no curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, inclusive, por ser conhecido por circular pela cidade de Santo Amaro ostentando arma de fogo, circunst\u00e2ncia que motivou a representa\u00e7\u00e3o policial e a consequente autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n

Os policiais civis, durante o cumprimento da ordem judicial, apreenderam um rev\u00f3lver calibre 28, muni\u00e7\u00f5es, coletes bal\u00edsticos e um aparelho celular. O material apreendido ser\u00e1 encaminhado \u00e0 per\u00edcia, dando prosseguimento ao inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n

Um auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante foi lavrado na unidade policial, e o suspeito segue custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em curso, com o objetivo de esclarecer completamente a din\u00e2mica do duplo homic\u00eddio, identificando todos os envolvidos no crime.<\/p>\n
