A Pol\u00edcia Civil concluiu a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de um caso de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual ocorrido no dia 8 de fevereiro de 2026, no bairro da Barra, em Salvador, e garantiu a retirada do suspeito do circuito de festas na capital. O homem foi filmado passando a m\u00e3o nas partes \u00edntimas de uma foli\u00e3 no circuito. O investigado, de 46 anos, foi identificado ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise de imagens de c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a e dilig\u00eancias policiais, sendo conduzido, nesta quinta-feira (12), \u00e0 unidade policial para ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas legais.<\/p>\n

Diante da gravidade da conduta, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou por medidas cautelares. Ap\u00f3s decis\u00e3o judicial, foram impostas restri\u00e7\u00f5es ao investigado, entre elas o uso de tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica, a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de comparecer \u00e0s festas realizadas entre os dias 11 e 18 de fevereiro, o afastamento dos bairros Barra, Campo Grande, Ondina, Pelourinho e Santo Ant\u00f4nio Al\u00e9m do Carmo, a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de frequentar locais com aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas durante o per\u00edodo festivo e a veda\u00e7\u00e3o de contato com a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da 14\u00aa Delegacia Territorial da Barra. De acordo com a delegada titular, Mariana Ouais, \u201co Estado n\u00e3o vai tolerar casos deste tipo e refor\u00e7a que crimes de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual s\u00e3o tratados com prioridade. Quero que todas as pessoas que, porventura, tenham sido v\u00edtimas de crimes dessa natureza registrem a ocorr\u00eancia. N\u00e3o mediremos esfor\u00e7os para judicializar os envolvidos\u201d.<\/p>\n
