A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia oferece, durante todo o per\u00edodo do Carnaval de Salvador, atendimento especializado a pessoas surdas que desejem registrar boletim de ocorr\u00eancia. O servi\u00e7o funciona 24 horas por dia, em todos os dias da festa, garantindo suporte cont\u00ednuo nos circuitos carnavalescos.<\/p>\n

O servi\u00e7o foi estruturado pelo Departamento de Planejamento, Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Finan\u00e7as (Depaf) e ocorre por meio de videochamadas realizadas com a Central de Libras com os postos policiais espalhados pelo circuito da festa. O int\u00e9rprete realiza a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o simult\u00e2nea, garantindo a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre o usu\u00e1rio e o servi\u00e7o policial.<\/p>\n

Durante o atendimento, o int\u00e9rprete de L\u00edngua Brasileira de Sinais atua em conjunto com o digitador, que insere as informa\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema de ocorr\u00eancias. Al\u00e9m desse suporte, a PCBA tamb\u00e9m disponibiliza atendimento por meio de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o escrita, conforme a necessidade de cada cidad\u00e3o, assegurando que todos tenham acesso \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica de forma igualit\u00e1ria e eficaz.<\/p>\n
