Um homem, de 41 anos, foi autuado em flagrante ap\u00f3s agredir fisicamente policiais civis durante uma abordagem nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es do Morro do Cristo, no circuito Barra-Ondina, na madrugada deste domingo (15). Equipes do Departamento Especializado de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Repress\u00e3o ao Narcotr\u00e1fico (Denarc) foram desacatadas pelo suspeito, que resistiu \u00e0s ordens legais emanadas pelos policiais. Durante a interven\u00e7\u00e3o, ele desferiu socos contra os servidores, ocasionando les\u00f5es corporais em dois investigadores, al\u00e9m de proferir ofensas contra as equipes.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s ser contido, o homem foi conduzido a um posto policial instalado no circuito, onde foi lavrado o auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante pelos crimes de desacato, resist\u00eancia e les\u00e3o corporal dolosa contra agente de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica no exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele segue custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
