A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao Turista (Deltur), com apoio da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Intelig\u00eancia do Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT), cumpriu, na segunda-feira (16), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra uma mulher de 24 anos, no Circuito Osmar.<\/p>\n

A dilig\u00eancia foi desencadeada a partir do compartilhamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre as equipes investigativas e de intelig\u00eancia, que possibilitaram a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e captura da suspeita. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apotaram que a mulher \u00e9 reincidente na pr\u00e1tica de extors\u00e3o contra turistas, utilizando a oferta de pinturas corporais para constranger v\u00edtimas ao pagamento de valores elevados.<\/p>\n

A investigada j\u00e1 havia sido presa em flagrante em agosto de 2025 pelo mesmo crime. Na ocasi\u00e3o, a pris\u00e3o foi convertida em medidas cautelares diversas, incluindo recolhimento domiciliar noturno e monitora\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica. Mesmo utilizando tornozeleira, ela foi novamente identificada em fevereiro deste ano circulando em circuitos carnavalescos, inclusive durante o per\u00edodo de restri\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, descumprindo determina\u00e7\u00e3o que a proibia de frequentar os locais da festa.<\/p>\n

A reitera\u00e7\u00e3o delitiva e o descumprimento das cautelares fundamentaram a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva. Este \u00e9 o oitavo mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido no m\u00eas de fevereiro contra investigados que atuam como \u201cpintores tribais\u201d nos circuitos carnavalescos de Salvador.<\/p>\n
