Um homem de 60 anos foi preso nesta segunda-feira (23), em cumprimento a mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. A captura foi realizada por equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da 37\u00aa Delegacia Territorial (DT\/S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o do Pass\u00e9).<\/p>\n

O investigado foi localizado em uma obra de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, no bairro Caipe, no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Francisco do Conde<\/a>. Ele havia deixado S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o do Pass\u00e9 e estava escondido na resid\u00eancia de um familiar. A pris\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias conduzidas pelo setor de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade policial, com apoio do servi\u00e7o de intelig\u00eancia do 26\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/p>\n

A ordem judicial foi expedida pela Vara Criminal da Comarca de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o do Pass\u00e9, com base em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o instaurada ap\u00f3s registro de ocorr\u00eancia realizado em outubro de 2025. Conforme apurado, o suspeito mantinha rela\u00e7\u00e3o de conviv\u00eancia com a fam\u00edlia da v\u00edtima, de 14 anos, circunst\u00e2ncia que facilitava a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, foram colhidos depoimentos e reunidos elementos que fundamentaram a representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p>\n

O homem foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial e, posteriormente, encaminhado \u00e0 Polinter, onde permanece custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
