O governador Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues lamentou a morte do desembargador Carlos Alberto Dultra Cintra, ex-presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia (TJBA), ocorrida nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (24), em Salvador.<\/p>\n

\u201cComo algu\u00e9m que lutou pela autonomia do Judici\u00e1rio, ele deixa um legado de comprometimento com o servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico\u201d, afirmou o governador, em publica\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais. Ainda na postagem, Jer\u00f4nimo declarou \u201csolidariedade aos familiares, amigos e todos que integram o Judici\u00e1rio baiano\u201d.<\/p>\n

Carlos Alberto \u00e9 natural de Ipir\u00e1 (BA), munic\u00edpio localizado a cerca de 100 km de Feira de Santana e 211 km da capital baiana.\u00a0<\/p>\n

O desembargador foi presidente do TJBA entre 2002 e 2004. Em seguida, presidiu o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA) por dois anos, e ainda foi vice-presidente por outros dois mandatos.<\/p>\n

Antes de se aposentar, Carlos estava como presidente da 3\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel e da Se\u00e7\u00e3o C\u00edvel de Direito P\u00fablico do TJ-BA.<\/p>\n
