O Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) informou nesta quarta-feira (25) que o ministro aposentado Felix Fischer morreu aos 78 anos. Ele estava internado no Hospital S\u00edrio Liban\u00eas, em Bras\u00edlia, para acompanhamento m\u00e9dico. A causa da morte n\u00e3o foi divulgada.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a assessoria do tribunal, o vel\u00f3rio e sepultamento est\u00e3o previstos para esta quinta-feira (26).<\/p>\n

Natural de Hamburgo, na Alemanha, Felix Fischer nasceu em 30 de agosto de 1947 e chegou ao Brasil com apenas um ano de idade. Formou-se em ci\u00eancias econ\u00f4micas pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro em 1971 e em direito pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro em 1972.<\/p>\n

Fischer iniciou a carreira no sistema de Justi\u00e7a como promotor substituto do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Paran\u00e1, em 1974. Foi sucessivamente promovido at\u00e9 alcan\u00e7ar o cargo de procurador da Justi\u00e7a, em 1990.<\/p>\n

Tomou posse como ministro do STJ em 17 de dezembro de 1996, ocupando a vaga destinada a membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Permaneceu na Corte at\u00e9 2022, quando se aposentou.<\/p>\n
