A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de Eun\u00e1polis, cumpriu, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (3), quatro mandados judiciais no \u00e2mbito das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que apuram a fuga ocorrida no Conjunto Penal do munic\u00edpio, em dezembro de 2024, bem como a tentativa de homic\u00eddio de uma das principais testemunhas do caso.<\/p>\n

Entre as ordens judiciais, foram executados dois mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva, ambos no interior do sistema prisional, um no Conjunto Penal de Eun\u00e1polis e outro no Conjunto Penal de Itabuna, este \u00faltimo em desfavor da ex-diretora da unidade prisional de Eun\u00e1polis, investigada por envolvimento nos fatos apurados.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m foram cumpridos dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no bairro Pequi, em Eun\u00e1polis. Em um dos im\u00f3veis, foram apreendidas subst\u00e2ncias entorpecentes, quantia em dinheiro e anota\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas ao tr\u00e1fico de drogas, al\u00e9m de outros elementos de interesse para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n

No segundo endere\u00e7o, as dilig\u00eancias tiveram como objetivo a coleta de provas e o aprofundamento das apura\u00e7\u00f5es. Todo o material coletado ser\u00e1 periciado, e as dilig\u00eancias continuam para o esclarecimento completo de todas as circunst\u00e2ncias do fato.<\/p>\n
