Uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de um homem na sexta-feira (6), sob a suspeita de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra a pr\u00f3pria filha, uma crian\u00e7a de apenas quatro anos.<\/p>\n

O crime, que chocou os moradores da Rua Beira Rio, vinha sendo investigado ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias de abusos ocorridos na aus\u00eancia da m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

Segundo o site Giro Ipia\u00fa, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aponta que os abusos tiveram in\u00edcio na madrugada do \u00faltimo domingo, dia 1\u00ba de mar\u00e7o. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o suspeito teria se aproveitado de uma viagem da m\u00e3e, que acompanhava outro filho, para retirar a menina da casa de um familiar e lev\u00e1-la at\u00e9 sua resid\u00eancia, onde os atos libidinosos teriam sido praticados por volta das 3h da manh\u00e3.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o ocorreu em um momento cr\u00edtico do processo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames periciais na v\u00edtima na sexta-feira (6), a m\u00e3e relatou \u00e0s autoridades que a crian\u00e7a teria sido alvo de uma nova viol\u00eancia sexual recentemente. Diante da gravidade, guarni\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Militar iniciaram buscas imediatas pela cidade.<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi localizado em Itagib\u00e1 e preso em flagrante. Ap\u00f3s a captura, os policiais conduziram o homem \u00e0 delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil, onde o flagrante foi formalizado e as medidas judiciais cab\u00edveis foram tomadas.<\/p>\n

O caso segue sob acompanhamento dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 crian\u00e7a e \u00e0 juventude.<\/p>\n
