Um homem de 90 anos teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o definitiva cumprido, na quarta-feira (11), no munic\u00edpio de Ibicu\u00ed<\/a>, sudoeste da Bahia. Ele foi condenado pelo crime <\/a>de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel cometido em 2014 contra a uma crian\u00e7a, que tinha seis anos no per\u00edodo do crime.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o foi efetuada por equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Ibicu\u00ed. Ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado em aberto, os policiais localizaram o idoso e o conduziram \u00e0 unidade policial para a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento da ordem judicial.<\/p>\n

O homem foi submetido \u00e0 audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia e, posteriormente, encaminhado ao Conjunto Penal de Itabuna, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio para o cumprimento da pena.<\/p>\n
