Um homem de 36 anos foi preso em flagrante por estelionato, nesta quinta-feira (12), no Complexo Municipal de Abastecimento e Servi\u00e7os, no bairro Alto da Boa Vista, em Sim\u00f5es Filho, ap\u00f3s tentar aplicar um golpe contra um idoso de 80 anos. A pris\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes da 22\u00aa Delegacia Territorial do munic\u00edpio, que investigavam den\u00fancias de fraudes cometidas pelo suspeito, que se apresentava como correspondente banc\u00e1rio no local.<\/p>\n

Durante a abordagem, os policiais constataram que ele j\u00e1 estava de posse de dados pessoais da v\u00edtima, incluindo informa\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias e senhas, que estavam sendo inseridas em um computador port\u00e1til. Com o suspeito, foram apreendidos um notebook, um aparelho celular e um caderno contendo anota\u00e7\u00f5es com dados banc\u00e1rios, senhas e informa\u00e7\u00f5es de cart\u00f5es, possivelmente pertencentes a outras v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o homem j\u00e1 era apontado como autor de outros crimes de estelionato registrados na unidade policial, tendo como principais alvos pessoas idosas ou em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade.<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, a autoridade policial lavrou o auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante pelo crime de estelionato. O suspeito permanece custodiado e ser\u00e1 apresentado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em andamento para identificar outras poss\u00edveis v\u00edtimas e apurar a extens\u00e3o das fraudes.<\/p>\n
