Um idoso de 69 anos, investigado pelo crime de estupro, foi preso na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (18), na zona rural do munic\u00edpio de Can\u00e1polis. O suspeito tamb\u00e9m foi autuado em flagrante<\/a> pela pr\u00e1tica de posse irregular de muni\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela Delegacia Territorial (DT) daquela cidade, a v\u00edtima, que trabalhava como empregada dom\u00e9stica na resid\u00eancia do investigado, sofria reiterados atos de viol\u00eancia sexual mediante grave amea\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

As dilig\u00eancias foram realizadas DT de Can\u00e1polis, juntamente com o Grupo de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (GATTI\/Cerrado). Um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o foi cumprido no local, resultando na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma caixa de muni\u00e7\u00e3o de pistola calibre .38.<\/p>\n

O investigado e o material apreendido foram apresentados na unidade policial, onde o mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria foi cumprido. O suspeito segue custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
